This instructor-led course is designed for HVAC technicians and contractors seeking in-depth knowledge of TEMPSTAR ductless systems. Split evenly between installation and service, this class will provide a comprehensive overview of best practices, tools, and techniques specific to the TEMPSTAR brand.

- Overview of ICP ductless product lineup
- Installation planning and layout
- Electrical and refrigerant connections
- Commissioning and system startup
- Diagnostic tools and service modes
- Common issues and troubleshooting strategies
- Preventive maintenance tips
This class is ideal for both new installers looking to expand into ductless systems and experienced techs aiming to sharpen their ICP-specific skills.
Prerequisites: Basic HVAC knowledge or prior field experience recommended.
CEUs: Class approved for 4 hours Vanderburg Co, IN Masters, and NATE CEUs. Per state rules, repeat courses do not qualify for accumulative credits. Each class must be unique. i.e. Taking (2) Heat Pump Classes only qualifies for 4 CEUs total, whereas (1) Inverter Technology Class & (1) Heat Pump Class = 8 CEUs
