Join us for a hands on approach to troubleshooting the ClimateMaster Trilogy 45 heat-pump system.
Bring your field service tools and a laptop. Instructors will be using the Trilogy Service Tool and can help contractors download and learn how to navigate the software.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Class is approved for 4 hours KY Masters/Journeyman, and 4 hours OH CEUs.
*Per state rules, repeat courses do not qualify for accumulative credits. Each class must be unique.

• New communicating systems and how to setup the system for maximum efficiency.
• Proper check out and operation of the reversing valve and defrost boards.

Candidates for this exam can be certified in any of three equipment categories plus Universal.
Core– General Information Must pass for any type of certification
Type 1 Small appliances, i.e. PTACs and window ACs
Type 2 Equipment using high pressure refrigerant, i.e. Residential ACs and heat pumps
Type 3 Equipment using low pressure refrigerant, i.e. chillers
Universal Any candidate passing all three Types, including Core

ClimateMaster’s role as a domestic energy and geothermal heating and cooling leader extends back to the late 1950s when the company was first founded in Florida. ClimateMaster was later relocated to New York where it started manufacturing water loop heat pump systems, and finally moved its headquarters to Oklahoma City where it continues to thrive today.
